BE: Associate Director Corporate Communications EU

Step into a pivotal role where your voice shapes Legend Biotech's reputation across Europe (Belgium & Ireland). As Associate Director, Corporate Communications EU, you'll be the driving force behind impactful internal and external communications that inspire employees, engage stakeholders and strengthen our presence in the biotech landscape. You'll lead strategic initiatives, manage media relations and guide a talented team all while collaborating with global partners to deliver messages that matter.

Championing Internal Communications:

• Design and execute an annual communications strategy that energizes our teams.
• Keep employees informed and inspired through newsletters, intranet updates, and engagement events.
• Partner with HR to spotlight culture-building initiatives and retention programs.
• Ensure every message meets GMP and regulatory standards.

Elevating External Communications:

• Craft strategies that amplify Legend's footprint in the EU.
• Build strong media relationships and manage high-profile inquiries.
• Represent Legend at major conferences and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate globally to ensure consistent, compelling messaging.

Leading with Vision:

• Mentor and grow a high-performing communications team.
• Oversee budgets and vendor partnerships with precision.
• Drive excellence in content creation and brand alignment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required, ideally in communications, business or related fields.

• 7–10 years in corporate communications, preferably in biotech/pharma.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

• Storytelling and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Proven experience managing budgets and vendors.
